Good Neighbors is an international humanitarian development NGO since its founding in Korea 1991. We have focused on providing children education, community development, health, water and sanitation, and humanitarian relief in 35 countries around the world.


Good Neighbors  exists to make the world a place without hunger, where people live together in harmony.

Good Neighbors respects the human rights of our neighbors suffering from poverty, disasters and oppression, and helps them to achieve self-reliance and enable them to rebuild their hope.



is one of the 38 field country offices of Good Neighbors International (GNI). GNC has been operating its activities in Cambodia since 2002. Currently, it is running nine Community Development Programs (CDP) in Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Kratie, Mondulkiri and Phnom Penh. GNC focuses on eight main sectors:(1.Child Sponsorship, 2.Education, 3.Health, 4.Water & Sanitation, 5.Income Generation, 6.Community Stewardship, 7.Strengthening and Environment).

GNC signed Memorandums of Understanding with four Ministries: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Rural Development, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Health of Cambodia to achieve holistic development in order to transform & empower community people.
