In 2022, GNC promoted access to good water, sanitation, and hygiene practice among children and people in the remote community through the installation of solar water pumps, construction of toilets at schools and households, drilling well in the community, and distribution of hygiene kits. Education on basic hygiene and sanitation practice was implemented additionally to ensure all the target project participants gain awareness and apply properly throughout their daily lives so that they can prevent themselves from communicable diseases resulting from poor sanitation and hygiene practices.
