Reth Srey Touch, a former member of Good Neighbors Cambodia’s youth group and recently an undergraduate in Technical Vocational Training Skill shared her inspiration, “Soft skill is a part for career development, but technical skill is more needed nowadays that most people neglect.” This electrician trainee from Snuol district, Kratie province has proofed that technical skill is not restricted its eligibility to male or female, in school or out of school youths, if one has a clear goal and commitment.
Srey Touch is currently employed at the DVD company, a partner to Vocational Training Center (VTC). “I really enjoy with my work because I can invest the full potential in it and get satisfaction monthly pay. After graduation, I plan to be a technical trainer”, she added.
