Child Protection Policy
Because working with vulnerable children is the foundation of our interventions, all our staff and related service providers must sign the following Code of Conduct:
Be aware of the rights of the child; plan and organize their activities and working environment in order to eliminate or minimize any impediment of threat to the healthy development of the child.
Respect the dignity of the child and treat the child equally with neither discrimination nor partiality.
Enable the child to freely express his/her opinion in child related environments or activities, and create an open culture for communication with children.
Interaction and activities with the child should be made always with due reporting procedures.
Take pride and responsibility in working as a defender of the rights of children and abstain from any misbehavior in both public and private life.
