The capacity of the local community partners plays a significant role in achieving sustainable and holistic development. Therefore, GNC always engages its key partners in the ongoing capacity-building program to ensure they perform their roles and responsibility well as community leaders, representatives, transformers, and mobilizers.
In addition, GNC also conducted regular meetings to reflect on progress and achievements resulting from the collaboration of its partners to document the good practice, challenge, and improvement plan during and after the implementation of project activities.
GNC provided financial grants to its committed and high-performance local partners as well in order to promote their ownership, initiative, and accountability in responding to the call for solutions within their community.
