By collaborating closely with the Ministry of Health, we ensure that these medicines reach the regions and individuals who need them most. This contribution reflects our commitment to enhancing the health and well-being of communities and supporting the Cambodian government’s healthcare initiatives.
On Friday, January 24, 2025, with the permission of His Excellency Professor Chheang Ra, the Minister of Health, and a contribution from Good Neighbors United States (GNU), Good Neighbors Cambodia donated 4,280 bottles of medication valued at $574,432.48 to the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Cambodia. This effort aims to address critical health needs and improve access to essential treatments for the people of Cambodia. The event was presided over by H.E. Dr. Hok Kimcheng, the Director General of the Ministry of Health.

This donation goes beyond merely distributing medical supplies; it is part of our larger mission to strengthen Cambodia’s healthcare infrastructure. We believe that access to quality medicines is a fundamental right, and we are dedicated to supporting the nation’s healthcare system to serve its citizens better. The medicines donated on this day cover a wide range of essential treatments, allowing for preventative care and urgent health needs to be addressed efficiently.
With support from Good Neighbors United States (GNU), Good Neighbors Cambodia and the Ministry of Health continue to actively work toward improving public health and delivering life-saving medicines to those in need. We look forward to continuing our efforts to provide crucial healthcare resources that strengthen the nation’s overall health infrastructure. Together, we can create a healthier and more sustainable future for all.
