This project aims to improve the playground of Prey Sa Primary School, which is rusty and old, to a modern-style playground with safe material. And the play court such as soccer field, ballyball court, and basketball court will be renovated.
As a representative of the Dongtan Rotary club, Mr. Gibong Joon woo Kang gave his impressions, “It is our pleasure to come to Cambodia and meet you, all students at Prey Sa Primary school. We, Dongtan Rotary Club, want to keep touching with you and support you with continuous interaction until all students grow up.”
Also, Mr. Kay woo, the CEO of MVL said, “I still remember warm memories of my childhood playing with my friends at the school playground. It is the reason that I decided to donate to this playground project. I want to give wonderful memories to Cambodian children to remember as I did.”
Jang Dongwon, the country director of GNC explained, “Due to the traditional structure of the family unit in Cambodia, the main opportunity for children to play is when they are at school. I appreciate Dongtan Rotary Club and MVL the donation to build a safe and good playground. After finishing the project, we expect that not only the students at Prey Sa Primary School students but all children in this community can play here at this playground happily.”
