More than 200 students from​ grade 7th to grade 9th at Sok San Secondary School in Koh Nheaek district, Mondulkiri province received additional humanitarian assistance from Good Neighbors, providing a two-room school building for the majority of students to study that most of the students in this district are indigenous people. On the occasion of handing over and inaugurating a Good Learning Center at Sok San Secondary School, Mr. Chham Muney, Operation Manager of Good Neighbors Cambodia, said that the new school building that this organization offers to this school has 2 rooms, a computer room and a library room that expended the budget around $50,000. There are 20 computers in the computer lab and 200 kinds of books, about 1500 books in the library for students to study also.

He added that for Sok San Secondary School, Good Neighbors Cambodia organization has provided a total of budget about $ 100,000 and more than $ 200,000 a year for the entire Koh Nheaek district.

After receiving the library and computer rooms that are sponsored by the Good Neighbors organization, on my own behalf as the school director, I am very pleased with the new achievement and I will encourage students as well as properly organize learning in good practice and maintain the building for our community to study together.

The Sok San secondary school principal, Mr. Ung Prak Ratana said that there are 253 students in this secondary school, 154 as females, and more than 50% of the students are ethnic minorities. He added that after receiving the new school building has computers and a library, he will encourage students to study hard and maintain the school building well.

Director of the Department of Education, Youths and Sports of Mondulkiri Province, Mr. Tim Sangvat, also said that the sponsors have spent a lot of money and time on Sok San Secondary School, so in return, all students have to study hard, reading books in the library at least one article a week and try to learn computer skill because nowadays if we cannot use the computer, we may not find a good job. The director of the department also suggested to the parents of all students to send their children to school, because sending their children to school is like an investment, when children have high ability, they will have a good job with high salary. So it can be a further contribution to the social development and economy of Cambodia begins in the field of education.
