The K-GMAC (Chairman Kim Junkyoung) donated $9,080 in clothes, dolls, and funds for Cambodian Children and the community through Good Neighbors Cambodia (Country director Jang Dongwon). 10 of the K-GMAC association members participated in this donation and as presentative of them Kim JunKyoung K-GMAC chairman and general affairs Kim Eunha.

K-GMAC Chairman Kim Junkyoung said “I thank Good Neighbors for the transparent and responsible performance and final report every year. And also, I would like to show my deep appreciation to the members of the K-GMAC that prepared warm gifts for Cambodian children.”

The country director of Good Neighbors Cambodia Jang Dong-won said, “I would like to gratitude the K-GMAC and member companies for your precious donation for Cambodian children at the end of every year. We, Good Neighbors Cambodia, will do our best to deliver this donation to Cambodian children.”

The clothes and toys delivered on this day will be provided to children, vulnerable groups, residents, and schools in 6 Cambodian regions. And the funds donation around $1,900 will be used to improve the environment of the patient waiting room of the health center located in Battambang.

K-GMAC has donated GIK and funds at end of every year. Last year, K-GMAC supported not only clothes and dolls for Cambodian children, but sanitary materials and masks to be used in the vulnerable area of Covid19. The donated fund that was delivered with the GIK was used to support the 40 community people in Battambang constructing toilets in their houses so that they can live in sanitary and healthy conditions.

As an NGO, Good Neighbors Cambodia has been working with the government, related organizations, stakeholders, and partners to create a poverty-free society since 2002 and has been continuing local development projects covering the fields of education, medical care, health, drinking water sanitation, and income increase.
