Good Neighbors Cambodia – GIK Handover Ceremony, Good Neighbors Cambodia Distributed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the Ministry of Health

  Like education and other sectors, health also needs to be given importance. Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is honored to be a good partner of the Ministry of Health and deliver our support to the Cambodian community. At the end of 2023, GNC received a chance to contribute our kindness and organized an official handover ceremony to the Ministry of Health on 14 November, with high permission from H.E Chheang Ra, the Minister of Health and presided over by H.E Sung Vinntak, Secretary of State of Ministry of Health at the Ministry of Health and all representatives of the Ministry of Health. 

  By sponsor support, GNC possibly contributed 62,800 sets of personal protection equipment (PPE) to improve Cambodia’s healthcare programs and to protect or minimize exposure for community people and health center staff in Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Mondulkiri, Ratanakiri, Kratie province and Phnom Penh City.  

  During the ceremony, H.E Sung Vinntak expressed gratitude and admiration to GNC for always sending staff, gifts in kind, health programs, and other supportive distributions to the ministry, health centers, and Cambodian communities with full effort. GNC support has always been there for Cambodians to assist them in living healthier and happier. 

  With the warmest heart and willingness to make the happiest society for people in Cambodia, GNC would like to indicate our deepest thanks to the Ministry of Health for always allocating us authority to be a part of Cambodia’s health sector development and providing us with good cooperation. Because of the support from the ministry, we would implement our program sector in the areas of health far and well. We will continue to champion our work in enhancing community wellness and happiness and make a good change in the health sector for Cambodia.
