Emergency Support Relieved Community People from Crisis

The 60-year-old grandma lives at Kbal Spean Thmar village, Sangkat Prey Nhi, Pursat town and province described that the flood got inside her house and was above the knees. It brought damage to the wooden floor where her family members sleep every night. And the family members could not move out to earn as before, so they were in a really difficult situation. She added with a smile “I have never received such support before, so I am grateful since it would help me and my family members to overcome during the crisis for a while.”

“I received food and hygiene materials during the COVID-19 pandemic. I learned about the hygiene practice to prevent myself and my family from the COVID-19 infection as well. We always wash our hands with the hygiene materials we received from GNC before we eat.” Said Mrs. Leak, a project beneficiary at Ek Phnom district, Battambang province.
